Awhile back, when I first got a video camera and was testing it out (and the software which came with it), I put one Garmarna’s renditions to video:
Unde quocumque
Unde quocumque venientes perrexerunt,
velut cum gaudio celestis paradisi
suscepte sunt,
quia in religione morum
honorifice apparuerunt.
Oh, good, another Garmarna fan. I have one of their other CDs from a few years back and it’s still on (relatively) high rotation with me. Mostly, it was the folk-lorish lyrics that brought me in.
Yes, I have three of their CDs — I got into them when they did Vengeance. They are good at what they do, though I wish they continued to make new CDs. At least Hoven Droven is working on their next one and should be out soon.
Actually, scratch that, I have four of their cds.
