Mahalia has absolutely no connection to the Michael Jackson family. She was a devout Christian, and left quite an inspiring and beautiful legacy. She made a decision never to sing secular music, although she could have made a lot of money doing so. She sang at a lot of Martin Luther King, Jr. civil rights rallies. No, far, far from Michael Jackson.
